Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the AI Staffroom website (aistaffroom.com) or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of services
AI Staffroom provides a 4-week AI automation training program designed for businesses. The program costs $5,000 CAD and includes:
- Live training sessions over a 4-week period
- A custom AI playbook built for your business
- Hands-on guidance building real automation systems
- Access to our Skool community for ongoing support
Program details, scheduling, and delivery format are confirmed during your initial consultation, which is booked through Cal.com.
Payment
Payment of $5,000 CAD is due according to the terms agreed upon during your consultation. We will confirm the payment schedule and method before your program begins. All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy
We stand behind the value of our program. If you meet all of the following conditions and are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund:
- You attended every scheduled session
- You completed all assigned work and exercises
- You are genuinely not satisfied with the results
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your final session. We ask that you put in the work — if you do and it still doesn't deliver, we don't want your money.
Intellectual property
What you keep: Any custom playbook, automations, workflows, and systems we build together during the program are yours. You own the work product created for your business.
What we retain: AI Staffroom retains ownership of all training materials, curriculum, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used to deliver the program. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our website, community, and program materials in good faith. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt our platform, or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
AI Staffroom provides training and guidance to help your business implement AI automation. However, results depend on your unique circumstances, effort, and implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Staffroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. The information and training we provide is educational in nature and should not be considered professional legal, financial, or technical advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
